WEEK 10
This week was amazing with lots principles taught. These principles are the guide to entrepreneurial journey. As an entrepreneur, one thing you should be guided by is;

Thinking Big. Most often than not, people enter into entrepreneurship believing that they are going to do well, get the money and live good lives. Along the path, they start to doubt their capabilities when challenges come along. But first, every entrepreneur must have the enthusiasm to do more; to do more than now. Dream big; think big. In order to do this, entrepreneurs should not over underestimate  yourselves. Every person can do anything, you just need faith and believing in yourself. Entrepreneurs should have the courage to say ‘I can achieve this’. Set good goals and visions and work on them according to priority. Pursue your goals and never let anyone weigh you down. However, in every step along the path, involve your maker. Pray for help and direction. Pray to be able to make useful decisions.. pray to know what to do at what time and moment.

Entrepreneurs also have license to Pursue Dreams. The people you work with, you good and helpful are you to them? What is your relationship like with them whether your employees or coworkers? Are you kind to them and allow yourself to be taught by them? Or are you just that type of boss or coworker who thinks he knows better than others? Well, when people, costumers and workers, are excited, they do amazing things at their own free will. When they are excited, provided with the right tools at the right time and given enough motivation, they do extraordinary things. They will do things with passion and love. So as an entrepreneur, raise your eyebrows and make your workers happy. Create an avenue when everyone will not want to leave the job. Pay them what is due them, provide for them the things that will enthused the capability. Build a relationship with them beyond the office, and you’ll marvel at the productivity. Keep in mind, your success as an entrepreneur depends largely on the people you work with.
