Week 3:  Honesty and Business Ethics

This week was very exciting for me as I studied about ethics and honesty. In fact, it reminded me of a sacrament meeting talk a sister in my ward gave a few weeks ago.

Honesty, I learned is one of the most important attributes every business thrive. At work places, and throughout the world, people love to work in an environment of honesty. When we are honest in our businesses, our work places, with people we work with, we feel happy and full determination to give our best. Honesty in finances of a business opens opportunities to expand.

As an entrepreneur, your code of ethics should be a driving force in the business. Business Ethics provide a businessman goals of what he wants to achieve and how he wants to achieve. These are moral standards that guide you and anybody who works with you. Without ethics in business is like reading books about how to drive without actually going out to practicing how to drive. The world is govern by codes of conduct and ethics, and businesses and individuals alike must set priorities in them to survive.

Case Study
One thing I really found awesome as well was about the topic of case study. Case study allows people, business entrepreneurs for that matter to analyze, issues affecting them in the field of business critically!

I am looking forward to learning a lot about Case Study and how I can apply that in my business.

                                                              WEEK 13 Finishing strong this week*** One thing really interesting that I learned this week is the pathway to success. It’s interesting how a potential entrepreneur can make the most of his career by working for other companies. Working in corporations or companies before starting your own exposes you to gain in-depth understanding of how to manage your own business better.
